When I was a freshman in college, I was beginning to learn about the big, bad world. And, in order to survive in this world, you have to make money. So as a student with a crazy school schedule, and an even crazier sleep schedule, I set out to make some money.
Within a week, I was in a Chick-fil-A uniform, ready to begin working.
It honestly was a great job. I made some lifelong friends there, and they really, really worked with me. Most employees were students, so I can’t imagine the organization that management had to keep up with everyone’s schedule, which changes every semester!
Not only that, but when my family went gluten-free because of big A’s Celiac diagnosis, Chick-fil-A remained one of the only restaurants we could eat at. (Thank goodness for grilled nuggets!)
So, you can imagine my excitement when I was invited by Maria Bailey of Chick-fil-A to join the 2015-2016 Mom Panel.
